People call us old fashioned, but
that's okay. At Ribtor we have
always prided ourselves in being
behind the times. Visit us in our |

of Hector Steel. Ribtor's original location was on Macleod Trail &
6th
Avenue SE. We moved into the Massey Ferguson building in 1971. |
circa 1915 heritage brick building immediately south of Calgary's
downtown core. Enjoy the many camping and hardware artifacts
on display. |
By today's standards, Ribtor is the
kind of old-fashioned store which
is unique in the Calgary area. We
have been family owned and |

operated for
over 50 years. Sol Lipkind purchased the
company in 1949, and today his son Joel continues to operate
the business. |

Ribtor has a long history of
meeting unusual requirements,
with the personal service of a real
general store. If we don't carry it,
we will look very hard to find it for
you! |
